Join BTO Youth on an urban birding guided walk, Lesnes Abbey Wood, Greater London. Hosted by Zak (BTO Youth Representative, London).
This event will comprise of a ~3km* walk around Lesnes Abbey Wood, we will be keeping an eye out for the different woodland birds found on site, as well as the impressive display of bluebells out at this time of year, there will be opportunities to learn the importance of ancient woodlands and what you can find within them. Open to beginner birders, but any level is welcome to join.
Binoculars can be provided on request. Toilet and food / drink options can be found on site. Nearby train and bus services are available - please let us know if support is required.

Please note that this event is free to attend and open to 16–25-year-olds. After registering, participants under 18 will need to fill in a consent form with their parent(s)/carer(s) and send this to youth [at] bto.org before the event.
*There will be an optional shorter walk available to accommodate the group.
